五虎山煤矿综采面硫化氢扩散规律及治理技术研究

针对五虎山煤矿011205综采工作面割煤期间硫化氢浓度高的问题,根据综采工作面现状,采用CD4型硫化氢便携仪测得割煤期间采煤机司机位置以及采煤机下风侧10、15、20、25 m断面不同测点的硫化氢浓度,经测试数据分析得出采煤机逆风割煤扩散至司机处的硫化氢浓度大于顺风割煤时的硫化氢浓度,硫化氢经风流作用向电缆槽和回风巷方向扩散.根据测试数据分析,提出采用滚筒+支架喷雾方式(喷雾用水添加硫化氢吸收剂)进行硫化氢治理的技术方法;通过井下现场试验测试,选定喷雾压力8 MPa、硫化氢吸收剂浓度2.5%的工艺参数,在这一条件治理下,司机位置处硫化氢浓度为0.001 06%,治理效率达到90.2%.
Research on the diffusion law and treatment technology of hydrogen sulfide in fully mechanized mining face in Wuhushan Coal Mine
In response to the problem of high concentration of hydrogen sulfide during coal cutting at the 011205 fully mechanized mining face of Wuhushan Coal Mine,based on the current situation of the working face,the CD4-type portable hydrogen sulfide tester was used to measure the hydrogen sulfide concentration at the shearer driver's position,as well as the different measuring points at 10 m,15 m,20 m and 25 m sections on the downwind side of the coal shearer during coal cutting.After analyzing the test data,it was found that the concentration of hydrogen sulfide diffused from the coal shearer to the driver's position during coal cutting against the wind was greater than that during coal cutting along the wind,hydrogen sulfide diffused towards cable trays and return airways with the air flow.According to the analysis of test data,the spray method from drum and support is adopted for hydrogen sulfide treatment,and the spray water was added hydrogen sulfide absorbent.Through the underground field test,the economic process parameters were determined with spray pressure of 8 MPa and hydrogen sulfide absorbent concentration of 2.5%,when the hydrogen sulfide concentration at the driver's position is 0.001 06%,and the treatment efficiency is 90.2%.
