摘要

针对陕西陕煤曹家滩矿业有限公司(以下简称"曹家滩煤矿")数据流转不及时和业务监管不完整、系统应用未深化和奖惩机制未反馈、管理水平待提高和安全效率待提效等问题,曹家滩煤矿结合自身实际情况,建立了曹家滩煤矿安全精益化管理平台.介绍了该平台的总体架构设计和数据基层架构设计,详细阐述了安监精益工作台系统、全员安全积分考核系统、"三违"处置管理系统、培训管理系统四大平台建设内容.通过在曹家滩煤矿实际应用表明,该平台能够对曹家滩煤矿已有的安全精益化数据进行采集,实现"一张图"管理、"五化"运营、精益自循环改善和减人增安等成效,使得曹家滩煤矿在安全管理精益化方面更加高效、科学和精准.

Abstract

In response to issues such as untimely data transfer,incomplete business supervision,undeepened system application,lack of feedback on reward and punishment mechanism,needs to improve management level and safety efficiency,Shaanxi Shanmei Caojiatan Mining Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Caojiatan Coal Mine")established a safety lean management platform based on its own actual situation.The overall architecture design,data base architecture design of the platform are introduced,and the four main construction contents of the platform are elaborated in detail,including lean work platform system for safety supervision,safety score assessment system for all employees,disposal management system for three kinds of violations,and training management system.The practical applications in Caojiatan Coal Mine show that the platform can collect existing safety lean data from Caojiatan Coal Mine,achieving one-map management,five-information operations,lean self-circulation improvements,personnel reduction and safety improvement,making Caojiatan Coal Mine the more efficient,scientific,and precise management in terms of lean safety management.
