煤矿主通风机不停风倒机技术的优化控制研究

针对目前煤矿主通风机在倒机过程中存在的智能化程度低、倒机流程复杂等问题,对主通风机停风倒机问题进行了深入分析,探讨了在无法实现备用主通风机热切换时,对主通风机倒机过程进行优化控制,同时采用智能化控制技术对其控制设备进行信息化升级改造,以完善主通风机不停风倒机流程,并详细阐述了在优化控制下的倒机流程及相应的解决方案.通过在山西天地王坡煤业有限公司的实际工程应用表明,主通风机在没有水平风门且不进行施工改造的前提下,成功实现了不停风状态下的倒机,这一举措不仅将倒机时间缩短了 50%以上,还消除了备机故障状态下倒机所带来的停风风险.同时,主通风机在倒机时的风速降低时间也得到了显著提升,倒机时间优化效果显著,有效提高了煤矿通风系统运行的安全性.
Research on optimization control of main ventilator switching technology with continuous ventilation in coal mine
In response to the problems of low intelligence and complex switching process of main ventilator in coal mine,an in-depth analysis of ventilator stopping and switching was conducted,exploring the optimization control of the switching process of the main ventilator when it was impossible to achieve hot switching of the backup ventilator.At the same time,intelligent control technology was used to upgrade and transform the control equipment to improve the switching process with continuous ventilation,and the switching process and corresponding solutions under optimized control were elaborated in detail.The actual engineering application in Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.showed that the main ventilator had successfully achieved switching process with continuous ventilation and without horizontal air doors and construction modifications,which not only shortened the air flow time by more than 50%,but also effectively eliminated the risk of air flow stoppage caused by backup fan failure.At the same time,the wind speed reduction time during switching ventilator had been significantly improved,and the optimization effect of switching time was significant,effectively improving the operation safety of the coal mine ventilation system.
