摘要

针对露天煤矿用电缆容易损坏且通用矿用电缆无法满足该环境下的使用要求等问题,研制了露天煤矿用阻燃反光护套光电复合缆,介绍了该光电复合缆的结构设计,详细阐述了露天煤矿用光电复合缆材料的选择及其制造.通过性能测试表明,所制造的光电复合缆具有高强度、耐油、耐热、耐腐蚀、耐磨和阻燃等特点,并具有反光功能护套.通过在中煤平朔集团有限公司东露天煤矿实际应用表明,该光电复合缆具有安全、稳定等特点,解决了露天煤矿用光电复合缆易损坏等问题.

Abstract

In response to the problems that the cables used in open-pit coal mines are prone to damage and general mining cables cannot meet the requirements for use in this environment,a optoelectronic composite cable for open-pit coal mines has been developed.The structural design of the optoelectronic composite cable is introduced,and the selection and manufacturing of optoelectronic composite cable materials for open-pit coal mines are elaborated in detail.Performance tests have shown that the manufactured optoelectronic composite cable has characteristics such as high strength,oil resistance,heat resistance,corrosion resistance,wear resistance,and flame retardancy,and has a reflective protective sheath.The practical application in the East Open-pit Coal Mine of China Coal Pingshuo Group Co.,Ltd.shows that the photoelectric composite cable is safe and stable,solving the problem of easy damage of the photoelectric composite cable used in the open-pit coal mine.
