Development of key components of wet filter dust collector for fully mechanized driving face in rock roadway
During the driving of fully mechanized driving face in rock roadway,the dust concentration is high and the dust particle size is small,conventional wet dust collectors are difficult to achieve good dust collection and purification effect;the rock dust produced by the rock driving is highly hydrophilic and easy to bond,and when the dust is agglomerated and attached to the blade or spray net,the resistance is often too large,which will easily lead to overload or even burning of dust collector motor.In response to the low dust control efficiency and the overload tendency of the motor of the dust collector in the fully mechanized driving face in rock roadway,the development of key components of the wet filter dust collector for mining was carried out,changing the single spray mode of the dust collector to the composite three-dimensional spray mode,and optimizing the nozzle to improve the dust reduction efficiency.By spraying non-sticking layer,adjusting the number and installation angle of fan blades,designing spray three-dimensional net without blocking,changing spray flow and other technical means,rock powder was blocked to bind fan and block spray net.Through the on-site application in the 16131 middle bottom drainage roadway of Jiulishan Coal Mine of Henan Jiaozuo Coal Industry Energy Co.,Ltd.,the total dust reduction efficiency at the driver's position reached 97.2%,and the dust reduction efficiency of respirable dust reached 92.8%,which showed that the underground operation environment was improved significantly.
