为了提升煤基混合碳四综合利用装置的经济附加值,进一步降低煤基混合碳四生产2-丙基庚醇(以下简称"2-PH")产品羰基合成反应配体催化剂的消耗,结合煤化工生产装置上的实际案例,通过优化反应温度、氢碳比、配体催化剂浓度、反应器补水操作及缓冲溶液配置比例和注入量等相关操作,找到了适合工业装置高、低负荷运行的最佳操作条件和工艺参数,降低配体催化剂的分解消耗,延长铑催化剂的使用寿命,使得煤化工装置经济效益增加显著.
In order to improve the economic value added of comprehensive utilization device of coal-based mixed C4 and reduce the consumption of ligand catalyst for carbonyl synthesis reaction of producing 2-propylheptanol(referred to as 2-PH)product by coal-based mixed C4.Based on the actual case of coal chemical production plant,the optimal operating conditions and process parameters suitable for high and low load operation of industrial plant were found out by optimizing the reaction temperature,hydrogen-carbon ratio,ligand catalyst concentration,reactor water supply operation,buffer solution allocation ratio and injection amount,so as to reduce the decomposition consumption of ligand catalyst,extend the service life of rhodium catalyst,and further increase significantly the economic benefit of coal chemical plant.
