Research on the industrial transformation and upgrading effect of new energy development from the perspective of regional heterogeneity of coal resources
On the basis of expanding the connotation of industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper constructs a fixed effect model and a mediation effect model based on panel data from 30 provinces and regions in China with different coal resource endowments from 2010 to 2021,explores and studys the influencing effects and paths of new energy development on regional industrial transformation and upgrading from the dimensions of upgrading,rationalization,and low-carbon.The results indicate that during the sample period,the development of new energy has suppressed the transformation and upgrading of regional industries,with the greatest impact on the low-carbon industrial structure;the development of new energy has a significant heterogeneous impact on the industrial transformation and upgrading of regions with different coal resource endowments;the structure of resource endowment plays a mediating role in the impact of new energy development on industrial transformation and upgrading.
