Research on the corrosion mechanism of bolt in roadway with high temperature alkaline gushing water and the surrounding rock control technology with hot-dip zinc galvanizing anti-corrosion
In response to the severe deformation and support failure caused by anchor bolt corrosion and damage under high temperature and alkaline gushing water(hereinafter referred to as"alkaline water")conditions,taking the 5305 transport roadway of Zhaolou Coal Mine of Yanmei Heze Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Zhaolou Coal Mine")as the research background,the characteristics of anchor bolt corrosion and damage and the attenuation law of mechanical properties under the combined action of alkaline water and high temperature were analyzed by laboratory experiments,which revealed the mechanism of anchor bolt corrosion and damage and then determined the key parameters and mechanisms of hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion for anchor bolts.The research results indicated that the corrosion of anchor bolts presented a gradual corrosion process from the"point"between ribs to the"surface"of the anchor bolt;the yield load and fracture load of the anchor bolt body decreased linearly with the increase of erosion time,and the elongation rate decreased negatively exponentially with the increase of erosion time.Under the action of high temperature and alkaline water,iron ions underwent oxidation and dehydration reactions,generating Fe2O3 and shedding,which was the inherent mechanism of anchor bolt corrosion and damage.Hot-dip galvanizing for anchor bolts could effectively improve their corrosion resistance,and the optimal hot-dip galvanizing thickness was 60 μm.The stable ZnO passivation layer produced on the surface of zinc galvanizing anchor bolts under high temperature and alkaline water could effectively prevent corrosion damage and mechanical performance degradation.The effectiveness of hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion of anchor bolts and surrounding rock control technology was verified through on-site industrial tests in Zhaolou Coal Mine.
