Research on the turning plan of working area in Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine
The continuation and turning mode of working areas of open-pit coal mine affect the stability of production and the balance of stripping ratio, which is an important factor affecting the organization and management of mine production and production costs. The Xiwan Open-Pit Coal Mine of China Energy Shaanxi Shenyan Coal Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine")is facing the production impact of first working area reaching the boundary and production capacity increase. In order to solve the problems of continuous production and working area turning, according to the mining conditions and development status of Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine, working area division and three turning schemes of and re-trenching,fan-shaped turning, and L-shaped driving were proposed on the basis of optimizing the original working area division in Xiwan Open-pit Coal Mine, the impacts of various working area turning schemes on production capacity, balanced stripping ratio, and soil discharge planning were comparatively analyzed, and the optimal working area turning scheme was comprehensively selected. The research results indicate that the L-shaped driving scheme has the least number of equilibrium periods, the minimum stripping ratio of the re-trenching scheme is the smallest, and the average stripping ratio of the fan-shaped turning scheme is the smallest;when land can be requisitioned from farmland and the Fangjiapan tail pit can be used for soil dumping,it is recommended to adopt the re-trenching scheme;when the problem of land requisition from farmland in the first working area cannot be solved,it is recommended to adopt the L-shaped driving scheme.
