Research on the effect of airflow pulverization parameters on maceral migration of coal rock
To investigate the migration rule of macerals of coal rock in the process of airflow pulverization and classification,the industrial analysis,elemental analysis,coal rock analysis,and laser particle size analysis were conducted on Shenfu Dabaodang coal to study its coal quality characteristics through enriching macerals by airflow pulverization and classification equipment,and the effects of feeding frequency,crushing pressure,primary classifier frequency and secondary classifier frequency on maceral content were studied through a four-factor five-level orthogonal experiment.The optimized orthogonal experiment results showed that the vitrinite content of the secondary product was the highest as 77.01%when the feeding frequency was 9 Hz,the crushing pressure was 0.6 MPa,the primary classifier frequency was 20 Hz and the secondary classifier frequency was 140 Hz;the inertinite content in the tertiary product was the highest as 73.38%when the feeding frequency was 3 Hz,the crushing pressure was 0.7 MPa,the primary classifier frequency was 40 Hz,and the secondary classifier frequency was 100 Hz.The research results could provide technical support for coal efficient utilization.
