为了提高配煤掺烧效果的评价准确性和合理性,建立了一个涵盖安全性、经济性和环保性3个维度及13个评价指标的综合评价体系.首先,采用层次分析法(AHP)和CRITIC赋权法获取各指标的主客观权重;然后,应用博弈论组合赋权法优化权重分配,得出组合权重,并结合模糊综合评价法,得出各配煤方案的评价等级与评分;最后,通过障碍度分析,识别影响配煤掺烧效果的主要指标.研究结果表明,环保性指标与安全性指标是影响配煤掺烧效果的重要因素,通过优化这些指标可以提升燃煤机组的运行水平.所提出的评价模型可为电厂管理者提供决策支持,促进燃煤电厂朝着低碳化、绿色化方向发展.
Research on the comprehensive evaluation of coal blending and mixed burning effects based on AHP-CRITIC game theory combination weighting
In order to improve the accuracy and rationality of coal blending and mixed burning effect evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation system covering three dimensions of safety,economy and environmental protection,as well as 13 evaluation indicators,has been established.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and CRITIC weighting method were used to obtain the subjective and objective weights of each indicator,and the game theory combination weighting method was applied to optimize the weight allocation,determine the combination weights,and obtain the evaluation level and score of each coal blending scheme by combining with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the main indicators affecting the effectiveness of coal blending and mixed burning were identified finally through obstacle analysis.The results showed that environmental indicators and safety indicators were important influencing factors for the effectiveness of coal blending and mixed burning,and optimizing these indicators could improve the operating level of coal-fired units.The proposed evaluation model provides decision support for power plant managers,promotes the development of the thermal power industry towards low-carbon and green direction.
