巷道围岩承载圈演化特征与工程应用

通过相似材料模拟实验研究了巷道环向围岩承载圈在不同垂直应力影响下的演化特征,随着垂直应力的增加,巷道围岩承载逐渐向围岩深部转移,承载圈的厚度也会增加;利用数值模拟软件FLAC3D分析了在掘进过程中巷道轴向围岩承载圈演化特征,按照承载圈演化特征将承载圈划分为承载圈生成区、承载圈变化区和承载圈稳定区 3 个区域.根据巷道围岩承载圈演化特征给出了相应的支护对策.以济宁矿业集团有限公司安居煤矿为例,对其-1 100 m水平运输大巷的围岩变形情况进行分析,确定其巷道围岩承载圈内边界半径已经超出了锚杆支护范围,根据提出的支护对策确定了相应的支护方案;选择-1 100 m 水平运输大巷某段巷道进行了现场试验,监测结果表明支护效果良好.
Evolution characteristics and engineering application of bearing ring of roadway surrounding rock
The evolution characteristics of circular bearing ring of roadway surrounding rock under different vertical stresses were studied through similar material simulation experiments.With the increase of vertical stress,the bearing of the surrounding rock gradually shifted to the deep part of the surrounding rock,and the thickness of the bearing ring increased.The evolution characteristics of the axial surrounding rock bearing ring during roadway driving were analyzed using numerical simulation software FLAC3D,and on the basis,the bearing ring was divided into three areas:generation area,change area,and stability area.Corresponding support measures were proposed based on the evolution characteristics of the bearing ring.Based on the analysis of the surrounding rock deformation of the-1 100 m level horizontal transportation roadway in Anju Coal Mine,it was determined that the radius of the inner boundary of the bearing ring had exceeded the range of anchor rod support,and corresponding support schemes were determined based on the proposed support measures.A field test was conducted on a certain section of the-1 100 m horizontal transportation roadway,and the monitoring results showed that the support effect was good.
