"双碳"背景下,电力行业作为我国最主要的碳排放来源之一,通过"自下而上"的手段在省级层面开展煤电转型优化发展研究,对于推动煤电转型和有序退出、实现电力行业碳排放达峰并逐步下降具有重要意义.选取吉林、山西、甘肃、山东、湖北和江苏这6个典型省份进行了煤电转型优化的研究,通过搭建电力电量平衡模型,预测了 2025-2035年电力供需形势;在保障各省电力供应安全的前提下,依托对煤电机组类别、能效参数、服役年限等要素的评估分析,为不同区域各类型煤电机组选择合适的优化发展路径;根据量化计算优化结果,并提出了针对性的政策建议.
Study on optimization of coal power transformation of typical provinces in China
Under the background of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,the power industry,as one of the main sources of carbon emissions in China,conducts research on the optimization and development of coal power transformation at the provincial level through a"bottom-to-up"approach,which is of great significance for promoting the transformation and orderly exit of coal power,and achieving the peak and gradual decline of carbon emissions in the power industry.A study was conducted on the optimization of coal power transformation in six typical provinces:Jilin,Shanxi,Gansu,Shandong,Hubei,and Jiangsu.By building an electric power and quantity balance model,the power supply and demand situation from 2025 to 2035 was predicted;on the premise of ensuring the power supply security in various provinces,based on the evaluation and analysis of several factors such as the type,energy efficiency parameters,and service life of coal power units,suitable optimization development paths were selected for different regions and types of coal power units;according to the quantitative calculation of optimization results,targeted policy recommendations were put forward.
