Research on optimization strategies for multi-link collaborative transportation of coal supply chain in large energy groups
The joint operation of coal production, supply, transportation, sales and utilization is one of the main directions for the digital and intelligent transformation of large energy groups at present.Developing annual production plans through collaboration with various links in the coal supply chain is an important means to guide large coal groups in achieving integrated coal operations.Based on the integrated coal supply chain multi-link transportation business, considering the production and transportation capacity limitations such as coal production capacity, railway transportation capacity, and port turnover capacity, and taking into account the social supply responsibility of the energy group, the stability and balance of user coal supply, and the guarantee of internal coal chemical or joint venture thermal power user benefits,a mixed integer linear programming model was built with the optimization objective of maximizing the overall efficiency of the energy group, and the model was solved based on the solver. The results of a multi-link collaborative operation test in a large domestic energy group's coal supply chain showed that the optimization model improved the overall efficiency of the group by 5.7%by comprehensively optimizing and adjusting the production plans of each link, effectively supporting the rational formulation of the annual plan for the integration of coal production, transportation and sales in large energy enterprises.
