煤矿巷道智能巡检机器人的研究与应用

为了提高煤矿巷道巡检中瓦斯浓度监测质量与效率、规避瓦斯突出风险与瓦斯爆炸风险以及降低人员投入,研究了一种煤矿巷道智能巡检机器人,介绍了该智能巡检机器人的结构组成和参数设计,阐述了该智能巡检机器人应用的超声波衍射时差定位关键技术.通过在煤矿现场试验表明,该智能巡检机器人能够实现现场瓦斯浓度的准确测量,减少人员投入67人,经预测每年节约总支出约723万元,起到了降本增效的实质性作用,助力矿井智能化建设高质量发展.
Research and application of intelligent inspection robots for coal mine roadways
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of gas concentration monitoring in coal mine roadway inspections,avoid gas outburst and explosion risks,and reduce personnel input,an intelligent inspection robot for coal mineroadways was studied.The structural composition and parameter design of the intelligent inspection robot were introduced,and the key technology of ultrasonic diffraction time difference positioning applied in the intelligent inspection robot was elaborated.Through on-site testing in coal mines,it had been shown that the intelligent inspection robot could accurately measure gas concentration on site,reduce personnel input by 67 people,and save a total annual expenditure of about 7.23 million yuan.It had played a substantial role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and helped to promote the high-quality development of intelligent construction in mines.
