摘要

刮板输送机是综采工作面的主要机械设备之一,其综合性能直接影响到煤矿的开采效率,中部槽是刮板输送机的重要组成部分,其在重载长距离工况下,易发生磨损、断裂等故障,造成安全隐患.基于此,对影响中部槽寿命的主要因素进行了分析,提出一种基于多方位的中部槽寿命优化方法,使用优质合金钢铸造槽帮提升其强度,选择机器人焊接替代人工焊接提升焊缝可靠性,使用一种新型耐磨材料提升中部槽整体耐磨性.实验结果表明,与传统中部槽相比,使用该方法生产的中部槽在硬度、拉伸强度、耐磨能力等中部槽性能指标上有较大提升.

Abstract

The scraper conveyor is one of the main mechanical equipment in fully mechanized mining face,and its comprehensive performance directly affects the mining efficiency of coal mines.The middle trough is an important component of the scraper conveyor,which is prone to wear,fracture,and other faults under heavy load and long-distance working conditions,causing safety risk.On the basis,the main factors affecting the life of the middle trough were analyzed,a life optimization method of middle trough based on multi-orientation was proposed,which used high-quality alloy steel casting to enhance the strength of middle trough,selected robot welding to replace manual welding to improve weld reliability,and adopted a new wear-resistant material to improve the overall wear resistance of the middle trough.The experimental results showed that compared with traditional middle trough,the middle trough produced by this method had significant improvements in performance indicators such as hardness,tensile strength,and wear resistance.
