使用单一动力的防爆柴油机无轨辅助作业车辆在煤矿井下长时间作业会出现动力不足问题,通过开发柴-柴双动力、柴-电双动力和电-电双动力的技术可以解决上述问题.介绍了 3种双动力系统的分类和设计思路,详细阐述了防爆柴-电双动力胶轮式单臂锚杆钻车的总体结构设计、支护作业动作设计、行走传动系统设计、驱动功率计算、液压系统设计、柴-电双动力对液压系统的匹配分析、散热系统设计等关键技术,并对关键参数进行计算分析.通过在神东矿区实际使用表明,采用柴-电双动力系统在同等作业效率下成本可节约30%以上,而且可提升整车的使用寿命;在施工过程中,设备运行平稳,各部件动作流畅,平均8~10 min可完成1套锚杆支护流程,操作员可携带遥控器在50 m范围内监控施工,试验效果符合预期.
In response to the problem of insufficient power for explosion-proof diesel engine trackless auxiliary vehicles using a single power source during long-term operation in coal mines,the development of diesel-diesel dual power,diesel-electric dual power,and electric-electric dual power technologies can solve the problem.The classification and design ideas of three types of dual power systems were introduced,and the key technologies including overall structural design,support operation action design,walking transmission system design,driving power calculation,hydraulic system design,matching analysis of diesel-electric dual power to hydraulic system,and heat dissipation system design of explosion-proof rubber-wheeled single-arm anchor drilling vehicle with diesel-electric dual power were elaborated,and their key parameters were calculated and analyzed.The practical application in Shendong mining area had shown that using a diesel-electric dual power system could save costs by more than 30%under the same operating efficiency,and also improve the service life of the entire vehicle;the equipment ran smoothly and each component moved smoothly during the construction process;a set of anchoring supporting processes could be completed every 8-10 minutes on average,and the operators could monitor the construction within 50 m range with a remote control,and the experiment results met expectations well.
