新质生产力背景下煤氢产业协同助力煤炭行业绿色转型路径浅析

为了推动煤炭行业新质生产力加快发展,需提升煤炭行业的科技与绿色生产力,进一步加强煤炭清洁高效利用.通过探讨煤氢协同与煤炭新质生产力形成的关联关系,进而提出煤氢协同促进煤炭新质生产力形成的路径与对策.研究认为,煤氢协同能够促进煤炭行业新质生产力的形成,煤炭助力氢能,即通过煤制氢、副产气制氢并结合CCUS技术,实现煤氢绿色发展;氢能助力煤炭,即在煤炭运输环节中降低碳排放量,助力煤炭行业的绿色转型.同时,将我国煤炭新质生产力划分为科技化与绿色化两方面,并提出煤氢协同促进煤炭行业绿色转型的阶段性挑战与相关对策.
Analysis of the green transformation paths of the coal industry assisted by the coal-hydrogen industry in the context of new quality productive forces
In order to promote the accelerated development of new quality productive forces in the coal industry,it is necessary to enhance the technological and green productive forces of the coal industry,and further strengthen the clean and efficient utilization of coal.By exploring the relationship between coal-hydrogen synergy and the formation of new quality productive forces of coal,the paths and countermeasures for coal-hydrogen synergy to promote the formation of new quality productive forces of coal are proposed.The study believes that coal-hydrogen synergy can promote the formation of new quality productive forces in the coal industry.Coal helps hydrogen energy to achieve green development of coal-hydrogen industry through coal-to-hydrogen,by-product gas-to-hydrogen and CCUS technologies;hydrogen energy helps coal to achieve the green transformation of the coal industry by reducing carbon emissions in the coal transportation link.At the same time,the new quality productive forces of coal in China are divided into two aspects:technological and green,and the phased challenges and related countermeasures of coal-hydrogen synergy in promoting the green transformation of the coal industry are put forward.
