煤矿地下水库安全监测及预警关键技术研究

针对煤矿地下水库缺少完善的安全监测手段的现状,分析了地下水库调配水过程中工作面终采区域人工坝体和挡水煤柱主要安全影响因素和受力情况,在此基础上设计了人工坝体和挡水煤柱的安全监测传感器布置方案,配合水位、水量监测形成了地下水库的整体安全监测方案.结合现场实际情况对安全监测参数气体浓度、水位、水量、表面应变、钻孔应力和渗压等提出了监测预警的方法,重点对钻孔应力监测数据和渗压监测数据建立了单一传感器分级报警方法,针对人工坝体和挡水煤柱整体安全状态分别建立了分级预警方法.设计了煤矿地下水库安全监测系统,构建了系统及数据流架构,建立了关键点数据流程,实现了地下水库关键参数实时监测、单一传感器实时分析预警、人工坝体及挡水煤柱实时分析预警.以柳塔煤矿为例,对设计的监测方案、分析预警方法和安全监测系统进行现场应用,结果表明该监测手段及预警方法能够提前发现挡水煤柱及人工坝体的异常,分析结果和现场显现出来的渗水、漏水等现象吻合度高.设计的监测方案、分析方法和监测系统的部署能够在一定程度上提高煤矿地下水库的储水安全.
Research on key technologies of safety monitoring and early warning for underground reservoirs in coal mine
In response to the current situation of the lack of comprehensive safety monitoring methods for underground water reservoirs in coal mine,the main safety influencing factors and the stress situation of the artificial dam and the water-retaining coal pillar in the end-mining area of the working face in the process of the water regulation of the underground reservoir were analyzed,and the safety monitoring sensor arrangement scheme of artificial dam and water-retaining coal pillar was designed on this basis,and the whole safety monitoring scheme of underground reservoir was formed by cooperating with water level and quantity monitoring.The monitoring and early warning methods for safety monitoring parameters such as gas concentration,water level,water quantity,surface strain,borehole stress and seepage pressure were put forward based on the actual situation on site,and a single sensor grading alarm method was established with a focus on monitoring data of drilling stress and seepage pressure,and a graded early warning method was established for the overall safety status of artificial dam and water-retaining coal pillars.The safety monitoring system of underground reservoirs in coal mine was designed,the structure of system and data flow was constructed,and the data flow of key points was established,and the real-time monitoring of key parameters of underground reservoirs,real-time analysis and early warning of single sensor,real-time analysis and early warning of artificial dam and water-retaining coal pillar were realized.Taking Liuta Coal Mine as an example,the field application of the designed monitoring scheme,the analytical early warning method and the safety monitoring system was carried out,the application results showed that the monitoring method and early warning method could detect the abnormality of water-retaining coal pillar and artificial dam in advance,and the analysis results were highly consistent with the phenomena of water seepage and leakage appeared on site.The designed monitoring scheme,analysis method and the deployment of monitoring system could improve the water storage safety of coal mine underground reservoir to a certain extent.
