Study on stability analysis and hidden hazards treatment of high and steep slope of open-pit coal mines
Taking an open-pit coal mine as an example, the stability of high and steep slopes was analyzed from both qualitative and quantitative aspects. It was found that there were hidden dangers such as instability and collapse in the northwest slope of the mine.A series of control measures were proposed, such as adjusting the direction of the slope, reducing slope load. The scientificity and effectiveness of the control measures were verified through stability verification.By studying the stability of high and steep slopes in open-pit coal mines,a systematic analysis and treatment operation process had been developed to ensure the safety production of open-pit coal mines.
