Research on the basic framework and implementation path of digital transformation in coal enterprises
The current digital construction and digital transformation of coal enterprises are facing historic development opportunities.The current situation and needs of digital construction in coal enterprises were analyzed from four aspects:digital infrastructure,data element value,management system,and standard system.Based on the business scenario of digital transformation,the resource elements supporting the digital transformation of coal enterprises were analyzed from five aspects:data elements,knowledge models,tool software,talent skills,and financial security.Based on the coal industry Internet,an application architecture of digital transformation of coal enterprises was constructed,which was composed of the basic layer,support layer,application layer and user layer,and five implementation paths of digital transformation were proposed,including strengthening the organizational management system,consolidating the digital infrastructure,strengthening the coal mine intelligent construction,standardizing data standards,and implementing data governance.Based on the DTMM national standard,the evaluation model and method of the maturity of digital transformation of coal enterprises was analyzed.
