Mid-term evaluation and innovation prospects of coal technology in the 14th Five-Year Plan period
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,technological innovation has continued to promote the transformation,upgrading,and high-quality development of the coal industry.The development achievements of coal technology in geological exploration,disaster prevention and control,green,safe and intelligent mining,and clean and efficient transformation in the mid-term of the 14th Five-Year Plan were systematically summarized.Faced with the pressure of high-quality development and green and low-carbon transformation of coal,there were still many problems with coal technologies in terms of system construction,technological innovation level,major projects research depth,and industrial technology bottlenecks.On the basis,it was proposed that the six-in-one construction with policy,system,funding,platform,talent,technology should be carried out for the coal technologies of the industry,including increasing policy support,strengthening system construction,increasing investment in scientific research funds,creating scientific research innovation platforms,enhancing the training of high-end coal talents and international cooperation,and continuing key technological innovation.Especially,the coal industry must continue to promote the safe,green,and intelligent mining of coal,clean and efficient utilization of coal,and coupling development of the coal and new energy,so as to better promote the high-quality development of the coal industry.
