Research and application of intelligent data governance system for coal enterprises
With the promotion of coal mine intelligent construction,the data volume of coal enterprises in the fields of production,management and operation is increasing day by day.However,due to the multi-source,heterogeneous and decentralized characteristics of coal enterprise data,there are many problems in current data governance,and the effective utilization of data is low.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of data and maximize the value of data,the current situation of data governance of coal enterprises was analyzed,and an intelligent data governance system for coal enterprises was constructed.The construction contents of four governance systems were discussed,forming an implementable data governance system framework,and the key elements of data system construction were analyzed.The governance system had been constructed and applied in China Energy Group Xinjiang Energy Co.,Ltd.,the data governance scope had covered 15 fields with 1 500 standard data elements,and the data consistency between each mine and each system had increased by 15％;13845 metadata of various types had been accessed with the data retrieval time shortened by 40％on average,more than 150 data quality management rules were established,and 2431 data was desensitized.The construction results were good,and the system had improved the data governance efficiency of coal enterprise,broadened the application degree and scope of data,and laid a good foundation for the digital transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises.
