Research and application of coal collection robot for final mining in fully mechanized mining face
In order to solve the problems of excessive manpower,high labor intensity,low efficiency,and safety hazards during the final mining coal collection period of high-yield and efficient fully mechanized mining faces,through in-depth investigation and research on the final mining operation process of fully mechanized mining faces,a coal collection robot for final mining in fully mechanized mining face was studied,the working conditions and common methods of coal cleaning during final mining were introduced,the functional requirements of coal collection robot for final mining were sorted out,and the structural design and innovative design of coal mining robots were elaborated in detail on.Through practical application in Shaanxi Shanmei Caojiatan Mining Co.,Ltd.,it had been shown that the coal collection robot for final mining could improve the efficiency of underground coal cleaning operations,reduce manual labor intensity,and achieve significant benefits in reducing manpower,increasing safety,and improving efficiency.
