摘要

在煤矿各子系统的现有功能基础上,为了最大化地实现各自动化系统、信息化系统中的数据价值,以陕西彬长孟村矿业有限公司(以下简称"孟村煤矿")智能化综合管控平台为研究对象,分析了孟村煤矿安全管理存在的主要问题,介绍了孟村煤矿智能化综合管控平台的建设目标,详细阐述了该平台的架构设计和功能设计.通过在孟村煤矿现场应用表明,该平台在安全监测与预警、智能化管理与决策支持、虚拟仿真培训与技能提升、优化生产与资源利用等生产应用,以及水灾、火灾、瓦斯、坍塌等生产事故应用成效显著,可为煤矿智能化综合管控提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

On the basis of the existing functions of various subsystems in coal mine,in order to maximize the data value in various automation and information systems,taking the comprehensive control platform of Shaanxi Binchang Mengcun Mining Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as"Mengcun Coal Mine")as the research object,the main problems existing in the safety management of Mengcun Coal Mine were analyzed,the construction goals of Mengcun Coal Mine's intelligent comprehensive control platform was introduced,and the architecture and functional design of the platform were elaborated in detail on.Through on-site application in Mengcun Coal Mine,it had been shown that the platform had achieved significant results in production applications such as safety monitoring and early warning,intelligent management and decision support,virtual simulation training and skill improvement,optimization of coal mine intelligent applications of production and resource utilization,and production accidents applications such as floods,fires,gas and collapses.It could provide reference and inspiration for the intelligent comprehensive control of coal mines.
