Research on the safety development laws of coal mines in major coal producing countries around the world
In order to grasp the safety development laws of coal mines in major coal producing countries around the world, further improve the safety production level of coal mines in China, the safety development history of coal mines in major coal producing countries abroad was summarized and generalized, the full-cycle law model of coal mine safety production in major coal producing countries around the world was studied and obtained,as well as the distribution of coal mine safety levels in major coal producing countries abroad, and the stage of China's coal mine safety development and its enlightenment for China's coal mine safety development were compared and analyzed.Research had shown that the coal industry in major coal producing countries had experienced periods of steady development, rapid growth, and peak platforms, most of which had entered a mature stage of development, and their safety production situation of coal mines had been improved to varying degrees.Countries such as the United Kingdom, the United States,Australia, and Germany started their coal industry early and had gone through a relatively complete process of coal mine safety development, and the mining industry had become one of the safest industries in countries such as the United Kingdom and Australia.China's coal mine safety production had achieved a historic leap from frequent accidents to an overall stable improvement in safety production situation.By increasing the proportion of open-pit mining, improving production capacity concentration and coal mine mining technology level, and strengthening coal mine safety management, the inherent safety level of China's coal mines would be greatly improved, and coal mine safety production would be promoted towards the"near-zero period".
