摘要
以锦界煤矿31117综采工作面智能化建设为研究背景,探讨了煤矿智能化发展方向.分析了该工作面使用远程供电供液、单轨吊落地及自移列车工艺3项新技术后,使系统的可靠性、稳定性达到最佳状态,优化了 31117综采工作面设备列车布局,增加了综采工作面对复杂环境的适应能力,降低人员劳动强度及避免了登高、起吊、单轨吊掉落等安全风险;同时31117综采工作面也应用了采煤机视频随动、三机自动调速、通讯联络系统、采煤机人员接近系统、智能润滑系统等技术,提高了综采智能化水平,大大降低了工人的劳动强度,保证了矿井安全、稳定、高效运行.
Abstract
Taking intelligent construction of the 31117 comprehensive mechanized mining face in Jinjie Coal Mine as the research background,the development direction of coal mine intelligence is explored.After analyzing the use of remote power supply and liquid supply,monorail crane landing,and self moving train technology the three new technologies in the working face,the reliability and stability of the system were optimized.The layout of equipment train in the 31117 comprehensive mining working face was optimized,the adaptability of the comprehensive mining working face to complex environments was increased,the labor intensity of personnel was reduced,and safety risks such as climbing,lifting,and single track suspension failing were avoided,at the same time,the 31117 comprehensive mining face has also applied technologies such as video following of the coal mining machine,automatic speed regulation of the three machines,communication and contact system,personnel approach system of the coal mining machine,intelligent lubrication system,etc.,which improving the intelligence level of the comprehensive mining,greatly reducing the labor intensity of workers,and ensuring the safe,stable,and efficient operation of the coal mines.
