为了解决千万吨超大型矿井采掘失衡难题,布尔台煤矿采用了智能化掘进技术替代传统掘进技术.通过提高12上 304辅运巷道工作面掘进系统装备自动化和智能化程度,实现掘进工作面轻量化和快速化.建立了智能快速掘进系统,该系统由"掘锚一体机+锚杆转载机组+大跨距桥式转载机+两臂锚杆钻机+机器人群"组成,实现了连掘连运和掘锚平行,大大缩短了支护占用工时.结合智能传感、定位定向、监测监控技术和多信息远程重现技术等,实现可人工干预的远程操作掘锚一体机,将掘进工作面环境、设备和人员有机和谐地统一起来,实现"安全、高效"高质量智能掘进.现场应用结果表明,智能化掘进技术投入后创造出月单进水平达到560 m,掘进效率提高67%,有力保证了井下采掘接续和可持续发展.
Research on the optimization and application of intelligent excavation technology under complex geological conditions in Buertai Coal Mine
In order to solve the problem of imbalanced mining in a super large coal mines with millions of tons,Bultai Coal Mine has adopted intelligent excavation technology to replace traditional excavation technology.By improving the automation and intelligence level of the equipment in the excavation system of the12-upper-304 auxiliary transportation roadway working face,lightweight and fast of the excavation working face can be achieved.An intelligent rapid excavation system has been established,which consists of an"integrated anchoring machine+bolt transfer unit+long-span bridge transfer machine+two arms anchor-bar drill+robot group",achieving parallel excavation,transportation and anchoring,and greatly reducing the support occupation time.By combining intelligent sensing,positioning and orientation,monitoring and surveillance technology,and multi information remote reproduction technology,a remote operation integrated anchoring machine that can be manually intervened is realized,and the excavation working face environment,equipment,and personnel are organically and harmoniously unified to achieve"safe,efficient"high-quality intelligent excavation.The on site application results show that after the investment of intelligent excavation technology,the monthly excavated has reached 560 meters,and the excavation efficiency has been improved 67%,effectively ensuring the continuity and sustainable development of underground mining.
