Control theory and practice of intelligent comprehensive mining face in coal mines
Intelligent mining is an important means of safe and efficient production of coal mines,but also the core technical support of high-quality development of coal industry.Based upon the theory research and on-site practice of intelligent comprehensive mechanized working face,an intelligent comprehensive mining face control theory is provided which centering on intelligent control and characterizing by artificial intelligence,and similar simulation and numerical simulation are used to analyze the triggering mechanism of the intelligent control center by the coal mining machines,hydraulic supports,scraper conveyors,and hydraulic pump stations.The research results indicate that the degree of application of artificial intelligence is the main factor in achieving intelligent comprehensive mechanized mining face,affecting by the transition from informatization to automation,there is still a significant room for progress in the introduction of 5G communication and big data,which are necessary conditions for achieving intelligence.The effectiveness of the control theory for intelligent comprehensive mechanized mining faces has been verified,thereby improving the safety management level of coal mine sites and the incentive effect of intelligent processes on industry progress.
