摘要
研究了带式输送机智能调速及煤量视觉分析技术,基于输送带上方摄像头完成AI的识别,通过重力感应,完成对煤量的判断;通过图像识别技术,完成对煤量更高精度的处理.从卷积神经网络的工业化应用、对巷道胶带实行全方位视频监测等4个方面总结了该技术的创新点.
Abstract
The intelligent speed regulation and coal quantity visual analysis technology for belt conveyors were studied.Based on the camera above the belt conveyor,AI recognition was completed,and the coal quantity was judged through gravity induction.By using image recognition technology,higher precision processing of coal quantity could be achieved.The innovation points of this technology were summarized from four aspects,including the industrial application of convolutional neural networks and the comprehensive video monitoring of roadway belt conveyor.
