Research on the control technology of floor heave during the final mining of fully mechanized mining face passing through the overlying inverted-step coal pillar of fully mechanized caving face
In order to solve the problems of severe mine pressure, severe floor heave at the tail section of scraper conveyor, and large deformation of surrounding rock of the retreat channel during the final mining period of 22209 fully mechanized mining face in Daliuta Huojitu Well, the stress state during the final mining of fully mechanized mining face passing through the overlying inverted-step coal pillar of fully mechanized caving face was analyzed by combining on-site observation and numerical simulation methods, and the influences of different spatial positions between the working face and the overlying inverted-step coal pillar on the mining face were obtained. On the basis, advanced support, fixed anchor cables construction in roof, and pressure-yielding mining measures were adopted to prevent these problems.Through monitoring the movement of the two sides of the retreat channel and the roof,it was found that the deformation of the roadway was stable, reducing the impact of the overlying coal pillars on the fully mechanized caving face and ensuring safe and efficient production of the working face.
