Explorationon the practice of comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing technology for imflammable coal seams
Taking the 22 upper 104 working face of Shigetai Coal Mine as the research background,the comprehensive fire prevention and extinguishing techniques for imflammable coal seams are introduced in detail,including beam tube monitoring,coal seam water injection,slurry grouting,underground gel injection,spraying inhibitor,nitrogen injection in goaf and reducing air leakage in goaf by plugging surface cracks and end plugging.This comprehensive technical approach has a significant effect on the fire prevention and control in imflammable coal seams.During the whole stage of mining in 104 working face,there is no signs of spontaneous combustion,which achieving the goal of zero spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf and safe mining of working face.
