摘要

煤矿矿井漏风一方面可以降低矿井有效风量率,增加无益的电能消耗,另一方面引起采煤工作面采空区遗煤自燃,给矿井安全生产带来隐患.通过采取地面与井下相结合的方法防止综放工作面风量进入采空区,减少漏风通道存在,降低工作面两端头压差、减小工作面配风量,并及时回填地表塌陷区域裂隙,从而减少工作面漏风,保证工作面安全顺利回采.

Abstract

Air leakage in coal mines can reduce the effective air volume rate,increase the useless power consumption,and cause spontaneous combustion of residual coal in goaf of coal mining face,thereby bring hidden dangers to mine safety production.By adopting the methods of combining the ground and underground to prevent the air of fully mechanized working face from entering the goaf,including reducing the air leakage channels,decreasing the pressure difference between the two ends of the working face,reducing the air distribution volume of the working face,and backfilling the cracks in the surface subsidence area in time,so as to reduce the air leakage of the working face and ensure the safe and smooth mining of the working face.
