摘要

以锦界煤矿31302综采面 自适应割煤为研究背景,通过对产量情况、自动化率、开机率、采煤机速度4个指标进行分析,得出采用 自适应割煤大大提高了割煤效率,现场应用效果良好;同时自适应割煤有效降低了采煤机过载运行,有利于设备常态化运行,最后可根据现场应用情况,执行下一步应用计划.

Abstract

Taking adaptive coal cutting in the 31302 fully mechanized mining face of Jinjie Coal Mine as research background,by conducting benchmarking analysis on four indicators including output,automation rate,operating rate,and coal mining machine speed,the analysis shows the adoption of adaptive coal cutting has greatly improve the coal cutting efficiency,and the on site application effect was good.At meanwhile,adaptive coal cutting effectively reduces the overload operation of the coal mining machine,which is conducive to the normal operation of the equipment,and then according to the on site application situation,executes the next application plan.
