大采高综采工作面矿压规律研究

为保证综采工作面安全、高效回采,以补连塔煤矿22406综采工作面为研究背景,通过现场观测、理论分析、数据采集对大采高综采工作面进行综合的矿压分析,以初次来压、周期来压、支架阻力为手段,重点研究了其在回采期间的变化规律.研究表明,初采期间进行水压预裂起到一定效果,矿压显现不明显;工作面存在大小周期来压的情况,同时受构造应力影响较大;靠近采动侧和机头侧,动载系数变化较大;支架阻力表现一定的富裕性,充分保证了工作面回采.
Research on the mining pressure law oflarge mining height comprehensive mechanized mining face
In order to ensure the safety and efficient mining of the comprehensive mechanized mining face,taking the 22406 fully mechanized mining face of Bulianta Coal Mine as the research background,a comprehensive mining pressure analysis of the high mining height comprehensive mechanized mining face is conducted through on-site observation,theoretical analysis and data collection.The changes in the mining pressure during the mining period is mainly studied by using the methods of initial pressure,periodic pressure and support resistance.Research has shown that hydraulic pre-fracturing during the initial mining period has a certain effect,and the manifestation of mineral pressure is not significant,the working face is subjected to cyclic compression of varying sizes and is greatly affected by structural stress,near the mining side and the head side,the dynamic load coefficient varies greatly,and the support resistance shows a certain degree of richness,which fully ensuring the backfilling of the working face.
