Research on the timeliness of delayed temporary support for flexible formwork concrete walls leaving tunnel along the goaf
In response to the problem of difficulty in determining the distance of delayed temporary support during the practice of goaf mining with filling bodies along the goaf, taking the main transportation roadway of the 211 working face in Shigetai Coal Mine as the research object,a research method combining on-site investigation, numerical simulation, and on-site testing was adopted to study the force distribution and deformation characteristics of the flexible formwork concrete wall next to the roadway under different lagging distances, and a reasonable lagging support distance was obtained. The results indicate that the deformation law of the filling bodies after the working face is advanced can be roughly divided into two stages, the rapid deformation stage and the stable stage;based upon the deformation law of the filling bodies, the reasonable lagging support distance of 80 meters was determined;on site mining pressure observations was conducted along the empty tunnel in the 211 goaf, which confirming the feasibility for deformation law of the filling bodies and the reasonable lagging support distance, and providing a theoretical and practical basis for the subsequent tunnel along the goaf of the coal mine.
