Study on reasonable width of coal pillar in protective pillar recovery working face of main roadway in Yujialiang Coal Mine
Taking the coal pillar recovery face of 43312 main roadway in Yujialiang Coal Mine as an example,the reasonable width of coal pillar recovery face in main roadway is analyzed and studied by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and engineering practice.The research results are as follows:based on the traditional limit equilibrium theory,the reasonable width of coal pillar is 5.28-10.38 m;it is found that when the width of the coal pillar is 8-10 m,there is a stress concentration in the coal pillar,indicating that the structure of the coal pillar is complete and can achieve effective load;when the width of coal pillar is 8-10 m,the carrying capacity of coal pillar is enhanced,and the deformation of the roadway at the side of coal pillar is gradually increased,due to the stress transfer,the stress at the side of solid coal is reduced,and the deformation of the roadway at the side of solid coal is reduced.The research results are verified by field engineering practice,and it is confirmed that the mine pressure of the working face after 10 m coal pillar is set up is within the controllable range,which can ensure the safe production of the working face.
