古冲沟区域下沿空留巷稳定性控制技术研究

以锦界煤矿古冲沟区域下的31116和31117沿空留巷为研究背景,采用数值计算、理论分析和现场监测的方法,对古冲沟区域下沿空留巷稳定性控制技术展开研究.研究结果表明,冲沟区域下岩层软弱且易产生应力集中,原有支护强度不足,沿空留巷充填墙体失稳加剧.根据巷道失稳原因,提出分区域管控巷道围岩,采用主被动支护配合补强支护的围岩控制方案,现场实测结果显示,采用该方案后古冲沟区域下沿空留巷的断面最大收敛率为3.70%,满足了工程需求.
Research on stability and control technology of gob-side entry retaining in old gully area
Taking 31116 and 31117 gob-side entry retaining in Jinjie Coal Mine as the research background,the stability and control technology of gob-side entry retaining in old gully are studied by using research methods of numerical calculation,theoretical analysis,and on-site monitoring.The research results show that the rock layers in the gully area are weak and prone to stress concentration,the original support strength is insufficient and the instability of the filling wall along the goaf is exacerbated.According to the reasons of empty roadway instability,the surrounding rock control scheme of controlling roadway by region is proposed,and the surrounding rock control scheme of active and passive support combined with reinforcement support is adopted.The field measurement results show that the maximum convergence rate of the section of gob-side entry retained under the old gully region is 3.70%,which meets the engineering requirements.
