倾斜充填体弱化沿空留巷底鼓方案研究

针对沿空留巷容易诱发底鼓的现象,提出一种倾斜充填体来弱化沿空留巷底鼓现象的方案,为验证方案的可行性以及现场效果,并得出合理的充填体倾斜角度.以国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司乌兰木伦煤矿综采工作面沿空留巷为研究背景,通过理论分析,得出了巷旁充填体倾斜角度的可选范围,采用数值模拟,进一步对可选角度进行实验对比.研究结果在现场得到了进一步地监测验证,充填体对底板的应力作用随着巷旁充填体倾角减小而逐渐减弱,但倾角不得小于70°,在充填体倾角从90°变化至85°时,底板垂直位移减小量以及底板向采空区方向的水平移进量最为明显,即弱化底鼓的效果最好.
Scheme research on weakening bottom bulging of leaving alleys along the goaf with inclined filling bodies
Regarding the phenomenon of bottom bulging caused by leaving alleys along the goaf,a scheme is proposed to weaken the phenomenon by using inclined filling bodies.To verify the feasibility and on-site effect of the scheme,obtaining a reasonable inclination angle of the filling bodies,taking the leaving alleys along the goaf of the Wulanmulun Coal Mine comprehensive mining working face of Guoneng Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.as research background,a theoretical analysis is conducted and to obtain the optional range of inclination angles of the filling bodies along the alley,and by using numerical simulation,further experimental comparison is conducted on the optional angles.The research result are further monitored and verified on site,the stress effect of the filling bodies on the bottom plate gradually weakens with the decrease of the inclination angle of the filling bodies along the alley,but the inclination angle should not be less than 70 °,when the inclination angle of the filling bodies changes from 90 ° to 85 °,the reduction in vertical displacement of the bottom plate and the horizontal displacement of the bottom plate towards the goaf direction are the most significant,that is the effect of weakening the bottom bulging was the best.
