为解决煤炭高效回采与工作面接替紧张问题,深入研究矿区煤巷快速掘进十分必要.针对国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司寸草塔二矿矿区工程地质条件,从巷道掘进设备选型、巷道支护工艺及施工劳动组织等3个方面分析影响巷道快速掘进原因.基于工程类比法、巷道支护参数设计及作业工艺开展了掘进系统的装备选型,同时开展了掘进系统超前钻探、截割系统、临时防护、机载支护系统、物料运输系统、行走系统、工作面除尘系统结构与功能设计,并以寸草塔二矿31111巷道为示范巷道开展了井下工业性试验,验证了该研究的有效性和实用性,为我国西部煤巷快速掘进提供了新的解决方法.
Research on key technologies and equipment for speedy drivage of coal roadways in the Cuncota NO.2 Coal Mine
It is necessary to conduct in-depth research on speedy drivage of coal roadways in mining areas in order to solve the problems of efficient coal mining and tight replacement of working faces.In response to the engineering geological conditions of the Cuncaota'er Mine area of Guoneng Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.,the reasons that affect the speedy drivage of coal roadways are analyzed in three aspects:tunnel excavation equipment selection,tunnel support technology,and construction labor organization.Based upon the engineering analogy method,tunnel support parameter design,and operation technology,the equipment selection of the drivage system is carried out,at the same time,the structure and functional design of the advanced drilling,cutting system,temporary protection,airborne support system,material transportation system,walking system,and working face dust removal system of the drivage system are carried out.The underground industrial test is carried out by using the 31111 tunnel of Cuncaota NO.2 Coal Mine as a demonstration tunnel,the effectiveness and practicality of the research are verified and a new solution for speedy drivage of coal roadways in western China is provided.
