近年来,神东矿区积极响应行业发展趋势,致力于无煤柱开采技术的研发与推广,相继试验并成功应用了柔模混凝土墙沿空留巷技术、切顶卸压自成巷技术以及沿空预置混凝土墙掘巷技术等多种创新手段.本文介绍了神东矿区沿空留巷研究现状,阐述了神东矿区现有沿空留巷技术特点,并提出了神东矿区在沿空留巷研究与应用中存在的主要问题及措施,最后对神东矿区现有无煤柱开采技术经济效益进行了分析.
Research on the safe and efficient mining technology of goaf without coal pillars in Shendong mining area
In recent years,the Shendong mining area has actively responded to industry development trends and is committed to studying and promoting the coal pillar free mining technology.It has successively tested and applied various innovative methods such as flexible form work concrete wall gob-side entry retaining technology,top cutting pressure relief to form self roadway technology,and goaf pre placed concrete wall excavation technology.The article introduces the current research status of gob-side entry retaining in Shendong mining area,elaborates the characteristics of existing gob-side entry retaining technology in Shendong mining area,and proposes the main problems and measures in the research and application of gob-side entry retaining in Shendong mining area.Finally,the economic benefits of the existing pillar free mining technology in Shendong mining area are analyzed.
