针对大采高综采工作面通过侵入的大断面冲刷带所带来的煤机截割困难、矿压异常等难题,本文以补连塔煤矿大采高综合机械化采煤工作面为例,总结了利用定向钻探技术对大采高综采工作面内冲刷带的探测方法,根据定向钻探结果研究确定了大采高综采工作面通过冲刷带的方法,总结了大采高综采工作面通过冲刷带的关键技术,分析了大采高综采工作面推过冲刷带期间矿压显现规律,为类似地质条件的综采工作面通过冲刷带提供一定的借鉴.
Study on the fully mechanized face with large mining height passing through geological structures
In response to the difficult cutting of coal shearer and abnormal mine pressure during fully mechanized mining face with large mining height passing through the intrusive large cross-section erosion zone,taking a fully mechanized mining face with large mining height in Bulianta Coal Mine as an example,the detection method for the erosion zone in the fully mechanized mining face with large mining height by directional drilling technology was summarized.Based on the results of directional drilling,the method of passing through the erosion zone in the mining face was determined,and the key technologies and the law of mine pressure behaviors were summarized and analyzed,which provided some reference for fully mechanized mining face with similar geological conditions passing through erosion zones.
