摘要

为了解决传统煤炭分选设备中继电器系统控制缺陷问题,确保分选后的煤炭密度与煤炭粒度都在标准范围内,提高分选后煤炭质量和生产效率,构建一种基于PLC自动化输送控制技术.首先采集煤炭样品,分析煤炭分选工艺流程,根据煤炭不同的应用场合设定最完善的煤炭粒度指标,分类煤炭灰分区间,得到煤炭分选密度范围.最后将煤炭密度优化控制、粒度优化控制与PID技术结合,凭借比例-积分子-微分子动态调整输送煤炭量和速度,实现自动化输送控制.通过实验结果证明,所提控制方法能够确定合适的分选工艺,提高分选后的煤炭质量与实际生产率,并可以最大程度地保证设备压力的稳定性,为煤炭分选领域提出了高质量参考.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of control defects in relay systems of traditional coal sorting equipment,ensure that the density and particle size of the sorted coal are within the standard range,improve the quality and production efficiency of the sorted coal,and a PLC based automated conveying control technology is constructed.Firstly,collecting coal samples,analyzing coal sorting process,setting the most complete coal particle size index according to different application scenarios of coal,classifying the coal ash content range,and obtaining the coal sorting density range,finally,combining coal density optimization control,particle size optimization control,and PID technology to dynamically adjust the amount and speed of coal transportation through proportional integrator micro molecule and achieve automated transportation control.Through experimental results,it has been proven that the proposed control method can determine appropriate sorting processes,improve the quality and actual productivity of sorted coal,ensure the stability of equipment pressure in the greatest extent possible,and provide a high-quality reference for the coal sorting fields.
