掘进工作面自移机尾自动纠偏控制系统研究

针对现有综掘巷道迈步式自移机尾设备智能化水平低、智能控制技术研究不足等问题,研究了 自移机尾智能纠偏控制技术.根据自移机尾结构特征、工作原理、工况特征和国家出台的智能化煤矿验收办法中针对带式输送机自移机尾智能化提出的要求,提出了 自移机尾跑偏检测和纠偏控制系统的总体设计方案.针对一键自移控制技术、纠偏控制技术、多机联动控制技术进行了软硬件系统设计.通过在哈拉沟煤矿31107运输巷掘进工作面应用表明,现场使用情况良好,能够实现自移机尾的纠偏智能控制,为煤矿井下掘进工作面智能化建设提供支撑.
Research on automatic deviation correction control system of self moving machine tail in heading face
Aiming at the problem of low intelligence level and insufficient research on intelligent control technology of the walking type self moving machine tail equipment in the existing comprehensive excavation roadway,the intelligent correction control technology of the self moving machine tail was studied.Basing upon the structural characteristics,working principles,and operating conditions of the self moving machine tail and the requirements for the intelligentization of belt conveyors with self moving tail in intelligent coal mine acceptance measures issued by the state,the overall design scheme of the self moving machine tail deviation detection and correction control system was proposed.Considering the one click self movement control technology,correction control technology,and multi machine linkage control technology,the software and hardware systems were designed.The application in the 31107 transportation roadway excavation face of Halagou Coal Mine shows that the on-site usage situation is good,it can achieve intelligent control of self moving machine tail correction,provide support for the intelligent construction of underground mining face in coal mines.
