由于煤矿井下工作环境复杂多样、施工环境较为恶劣且工作强度较大,在运行期间极易出现安全问题.掘进机是煤矿挖掘过程中必不可少的机器设备,但长时间的使用极易出现各类电气以及机械故障,严重影响了煤矿井下作业.因此,对煤矿掘进机进行智能诊断研究并提出相应的维修方案,以便进一步地对煤矿掘进机的运行状态进行分析;明确关键部位参数的变化情况,对故障类型进行统计,提出具有针对性的排除策略,能够保障煤矿掘进机安全高效运行.
Analysis of intelligent diagnosis and maintenance methods for coal mine tunneling boring machines
Due to the complex and diverse working environment,harsh construction conditions,and high work intensity in coal mines,safety issues are prone to occur during operation.The tunneling boring machines are essential equipment in the mining process,but prolonged usage can easily lead to various electrical and mechanical failures,which seriously affecting underground operations in coal mines.Therefore,intelligent diagnosis research should be conducted on coal mine boring machines,and corresponding maintenance plans should be proposed to further analyze the operating status of coal mine boring machines.Clarifying the changes in key component parameters,conducting statistical analysis of fault types,and proposing targeted troubleshooting strategies can ensure the safety and efficient operation of coal mine boring machines.
