Analysis on uphill and downhill adaptability of self-moving tail equipment in underground heading face of coal mine
In response to the interference collision problems that occur when the transfer conveyor and the self moving machine tail are used together in the low roadway excavation working face environment,the adaptability of the transfer conveyor and the self moving machine tail in the low roadway excavation working face was analyzed.Based upon structural characteristics,working principles,and working conditions of the self moving machine tail,a kinematic analysis model of the self moving machine tail and the transfer conveyor was established to analyze the adaptability of the self moving machine tail and the transfer conveyor under different working conditions.The kinematics analysis model is established by using MATLAB software,and the collision law between the transfer machine and the roof is analyzed when the transfer machine slips on the tail under different working conditions.The results show that the greater the slope of the roadway is,the greater the height of the roadway matched by the same type of equipment is,when the height of the roadway is constant,the larger the slope of the roadway is,the smaller the length of the matching fuselage is,when the slope of the roadway is constant,the longer the length of the fuselage is,the greater the height of the roadway is.According to selection and application results of the self moving machine tail and transfer machine in the heading face of 31107 transportation roadway in Halagou Coal Mine,the results show that the selected equipment has great on-site usage,and the adaptability of the self moving machine tail equipment,transfer machine equipment and on-site working conditions is also good.
