摘要

针对煤矿带式输送机拉绳纵撕保护装置在使用过程中存在拉绳纵撕接线困难、传感器容易损坏、线路容易受潮导致绝缘下降等问题,设计了一种无线式拉绳纵撕保护装置,介绍了该装置的设计思路、系统组成以及工作原理,详细阐述了该装置的设计工艺.该装置具有动作灵敏、无误动作、节约成本、安装方便等优点,能够有效提高煤矿带式输送机的运行可靠性,降低了设备故障率.

Abstract

Regarding the problems of difficulty in connecting the rope longitudinal tearing during using process,easy to damage of the sensors,and insulation degradation caused by moisture in the pull rope longitudinal tear protection device of coal mine belt conveyors,a wireless rope longitudinal tearing protection device has been designed,and the design concept,system composition,and working principle of the device are introduced,and the design process of the device is elaborated in detail.This device has the advantages of sensitive operation,error free operation,cost savings,and easy installation,which can effectively improve the operational reliability of coal mine belt conveyors and reduce equipment failure rates.
