摘要

围绕建构数字经济中艺术市场治理"中国方案"这个主题,回顾了中国艺术市场治理的历史进程,展现其演化轨迹及主要阶段特征;强调了建构"中国式"艺术市场治理现代化的重要意义,并探讨其背后原因;最后,阐明了中国艺术市场治理进化的逻辑,展开了数字化背景下艺术市场治理的系统,以及艺术市场治理的机制与体系研究,重点确立了艺术市场治理的目标、关键节点与战略路径,建立了艺术市场治理"中国方案"的基本架构.

Abstract

Focused on the theme of constructing a"China plan"for art market governance in the digital economy,this article first reviews the historical process of China's art market governance,demonstrating its evolution trajectory and main stage characteristics.Secondly,it emphasizes the importance of building a"Chinese-style"modernization of art market governance and explores the underlying reasons.Finally,the article clarifies the logic of the evolution of China's art market governance,develops a system of art market governance in the digital context,and studies the mechanism and system of art market governance.Furthermore,the article focuses on establishing the goals,key nodes,and strategic paths of art market governance,and establishes the basic framework of the"China Plan"for art market governance.
