区块链技术应用下平台价值共创意愿研究——基于消费者对平台信任的影响因素

区块链技术应用于平台经济,降低了消费者的感知不确定性,增强了消费者对平台的信任,提升了消费者参与平台价值共创的意愿,进而促进平台经济的发展.基于此,首先,在已有研究基础上引入"区块链技术的应用"这个变量,构建消费者对平台价值共创意愿的研究模型与假设;其次,通过问卷调查收集数据,运用结构方程法进行数据分析,根据分析结果判断研究模型和假设成立与否,并得出研究结论:区块链技术的应用、社交互动、平台的品牌信任和平台声誉对信任有显著的正向影响,感知不确定性降低在其中起到显著的中介效应;而且,信任对平台价值共创的意愿有显著的正向影响.最后,根据研究结论为平台企业提出相关的管理启示,以期促进平台经济的可持续发展.
Research on Platform Value Co-creation Intention under the Application of Blockchain Technology
The application of blockchain technology in the platform economy reduces the uncertainty of users'perception,enhances the trust of users in the platform,and enhances the willingness of users to participate in the value co-creation of the platform,thus promoting the development of the platform economy.Based on this,firstly,based on the existing research,the variable of"application of blockchain technology"is introduced to build the research model and assumptions of users'willingness to co-create platform value.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey to collect data,the structural equation method is used to analyze the data.According to the analysis results,the validity of the research model and hypothesis is judged,and the research conclusion is drawn:The application of blockchain technology,social interaction,platform brand trust and platform reputation have a significant positive effect on trust,and the reduction of perceived uncertainty plays a significant mediating effect.Moreover,trust has a significant positive effect on the willingness to co-create platform value.Finally,according to the conclusion of the study,some management implications are proposed for platform enterprises in order to promote the sustainable development of platform economy.
