Evaluation of High Quality Development of Logistics Industry in Zhejiang Province Based on Entropy Weighted TOPSIS
In order to explore the quality of logistics industry development in Zhejiang Province at present,an evaluation index system is constructed from five aspects:economic foundation,coordination and balance,innovation driven,green sustainability,and fair sharing.The entropy weighted TOPSIS model is used to evaluate the high-quality development level of logistics industry in Zhejiang Province(2012-2021).The results indicate that:Overall,the comprehensive ability of high-quality development in the logistics industry in Zhejiang Province continues to improve,which is divided into three stages:slow rise,rapid rise,and maintaining stability;From the perspective of specific classification capabilities,the economic foundation and innovation driven capabilities have shown a steady upward trend over the past 10 years.After reaching a certain stage,the fair sharing ability and green,harmonious,and sustainable development ability have begun to stagnate,while the coordination and balance ability has rapidly increased and fluctuated significantly in the latter half.From the perspective of constraints,the main factors that hinder the high-quality development of the logistics industry in Zhejiang Province have shifted from innovation driven capabilities to coordination and balance capabilities.Zhejiang Province should comprehensively implement policies in strengthening industrial collaboration,promoting low-carbon concepts,and enhancing innovation capabilities.
